We started FBN Direct to bring data to farmers' decision-making on inputs and to provide a superior purchasing experience for the farmer. We fulfill this mission with transparent pricing and an unbiased product list. This is powered by data from our network that allows members to see prices paid by other farmers for a product and the most popular products used nearby based on precision spraying data. We’re here to put power and potential profits back in the hands of farmers.

How do FBN Direct services handle crop efficacy complaints?
We provide farmers with a platform to save money by procuring their chemicals from as far up the supply chain as possible. We take the quality of the products we procure seriously and only source chemicals from reputable, vetted suppliers. If a problem does occur, we will do our best to help the farmer get a response from the original manufacturer to identify and isolate the problem. FBN does not settle crop efficacy complaints once the product has been sprayed. Currently, we do not offer a respray program to be able to reduce costs and pass on more savings to our members.
How do I know products sold through FBN Direct are high quality?
To ensure high-quality product, we work closely with reputable manufacturers with proven formulation capabilities. Most products sold through FBN Direct are formulated or packaged in the United States and inspected before reaching your farm. We offer a guarantee that all products sold through FBN Direct will be as labeled. If any product is not as labeled, we will either arrange for a replacement product or provide a full refund.
Does FBN offer rebates?
Do you like having to apply and wait for rebates? If so, we apologize--you won’t find any rebates through FBN Direct. We keep our pricing simple and transparent. You get the lowest price on offer from the very beginning, without the hassle of a rebate system.
Can I update my order before delivery?
Yes! You can make changes to your order at least 14 days before the earliest date noted in the Delivery Window of your Sales Order Acknowledgement. Any changes requested within 14 days of the earliest date are subject to approval and fees. The value of the amended order must be equal to or greater than your original order.
Can I pick up my order?
To ensure on time deliveries for all of our customers, we ship directly to you through our regional warehouses across the US. Pickups are not supported at this time.
Where can I access my order history?
You can view your order history with FBN Direct right in your account! Just click on the ‘Orders’ button on the top right hand side of your screen to view all past orders as of November 2017, including chemical, fertilizer, and seed.
How are my shipping costs calculated?
To provide you with the most transparent and accurate pricing possible, shipping is shown as a standalone charge for your entire order, rather than baked into the list price of each product. If you order $5,000 or more, there are no shipping charges applied. For orders under $5,000, a flat fee of $150 will apply.
